Friedman Counseling Services, LLC is honored to provide the following counseling services to residents across the greater Columbus area and throughout Ohio: couples counseling for spouses, partners, and/or co-parents and individual counseling for adults and teenagers.
In-person and video-based counseling services are available.
Our fees for service are designed to increase Ohioans' access to high-quality counseling.
Couples
Counseling
Couples counseling is available for partners, spouses, and/or co-parents. Some individuals are dating. Some are preparing to make a long-term commitment. Some are adjusting to marriage and/or cohabitation. Others are coping with the demands of parenting or caring for aging family members. Still others are adapting to the changes wrought by an empty nest, retirement, or the decision to separate and continue co-parenting their children. Nearly all are looking to strengthen their bond and/or improve their communication. Couples also seek couples counseling to heal from past hurts and/or to discern the future of their relationship.
Individual
Counseling
Adult individuals (age 18+) and teenagers (age 15+) engaged in counseling come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some are experiencing increased anxiety and/or depression related to changes in their personal or professional lives. Some are coping with the impact of trauma, the loss of a relationship, or the death of a loved one. Others are coping with aging and/or chronic illness. Some individuals come with relationship issues; others with spiritual concerns. Most are seeking help, support, and fresh approaches to life's challenges. All are welcomed warmly to their individual counseling sessions.
