Friedman Counseling Services, LLC, uses a cloud-based practice management software (called SimplePractice). This software offers clients easy, round-the-clock access to a Client Portal. 

 

Through the Client Portal, clients can access:

• Notices and Forms (can be completed online) 

• Upcoming Appointment Dates,

• Online or Video-based Sessions,

• Secure-Messaging Feature (communicate with your therapist regarding scheduling, cancellations, etc.),

• Up-to-Date Fee and Billing Information, and 

• Treatment-Related Materials and Resources.
